BENRIACH & GLENDRONACH
Benriach 10 Year Old
Bottled at 43% vol, the BenRiach 10 is Classic Speyside in character. Matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks – exactly the types of wood we favour at BenRiach. This fresh, lively, fruit-laden single malt captures warm oak spices, green apple, dried apricots, peach and banana with subtle touches of aniseed, lemon zest and barley.
Benriach 16 Year Old
This smooth single malt has an elegant full taste and aroma that captures fruity, floral notes, with fascinating overtones of honey, vanilla, spices, toffee and apples.
Glendronach 12 Year Old
This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled at 43%, the GlenDronach 12 year old Original is a sweet, creamy dram.
Glendronach 18 Year Old
The GlenDronach 18 years old has been named after the renowned founder of the distillery, James Allardice. This exceptional sherried single malt is non chill filtered and of natural colour. Matured in the finest Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46%, this sublime richly sherried malt is truly unforgettable.
Glendronach 21 Year Old
Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, the ‘Parliament’ continues the great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts. This rich expression has been named ‘Parliament’ after the colony, or ‘parliament’, of rooks that have been nesting in the trees that overlook the GlenDronach distillery for almost 200 years.
US*1 American Whisky
Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, our US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes bourbon-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile.
US*1 Straight Rye
Renowned for rye – America’s oldest whiskey variety – since the earliest days of our history, our Michter’s US*1 Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared to maximize the extraction of flavor from the grain. Ideal neat or in cocktails, every bottle of Michter’s US*1 Rye comes from a single barrel.
US*1 Sour Mash
During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name – whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread
Michter’s US*1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years. Truly “small batch,” each batch of our US*1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels.
Toasted Barrel Strength Rye
To make Toasted Barrel Rye we take our US*1 Kentucky Straight Rye at barrel strength and then age it for an additional period in a second custom barrel. This second barrel is assembled from 24 month air dried wood that is toasted but not charred.

Release 07 (Peated)
Has a rich nose of patent leather, stone fruit and cedar layered with toasted oak and char. Fresh honey sweetness preludes the crisp emergence of spice and lit match smoke. The finish is long to develop, with white pepper and burnt toffee mingled with the smoke of a smudge fire.
Glen Breton Battle of the Glen 15 Year
The Scotch Whisky Association launched its lawsuit against us in 2000 or the use of the world Glen. Shortly after the release of our first bottling proudly called "Glen Breton Rare.” A media frenzy soon followed in newspapers, magazines, online newsletters, forums, and blogs. We, at the time was North America's only Single Malt Whisky distillery, were a hot topic amongst both the international and local communities. Upon a hard-fought victory in the summer of 2009, we decided to dedicate a bottling to celebrate this epic battle. Fittingly, we called it the "Battle of the Glen.”
Glen Breton 14 Year Old
Our 14-Year-Old has suggestions of almond, vanilla and oak, with a hint of lightly baked coconut on the nose. Smooth and malty with just the slightest touch of sweetness and a dash of orange citrus, this is a light and flavourful dram.
Glen Breton 10 year Old
Our signature single malt whisky Aged for 10 years with American Oak in the apple orchard of the Glenora Distillery. On the nose it is medium-bodied and pleasantly fiery, offering a tight combination of butterscotch, heather, honey and ground, with wood-infused undertones
Glen Breton Fiddlers Choice

Old Particular Lock Lomond 19 Year Old
Aged for almost two decades, this single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Loch Lomond in December 1996 and bottled by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular range in May 2016. The outturn from a single refill hogshead was ONLY 341 bottles.
A big bodied blended malt from Islay. It comprises malt whisky from Coal Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen. Big Peat is a great whisky with lots of peaty character.
Scallywag 13 year Old
A 13 year old variation on Douglas Laing's spectacular Scallywag blended malt Scotch whisky! Boasting a selection of Speyside malts within its recipe (all aged for at least 13 years for this expression), Scallywag is a well-Sherried treat for the tastebuds.

Timorous Beastie, a blended malt made entirely of Highland whiskies from distilleries such as Dalmore, Glen Garioch, Glengoyne and more. The name is a nod to the Robert Burns poem 'To a Mouse' and to Burns' wit, as though the mouse in the poem is a timid little thing, this whisky is nothing of the sort!
NIKKA JAPANESE WHISKY
Taketsuru Pure Malt
A blend of the two Nikka single malts, the Taketsuru Pure Malt combines the bold smoky and peaty character of Yoichi with the fruity and floral elegance of Miyagikyo. This no-age statement Taketsuru bottling is a blend of malts aged 10 years on average in different types of oak casks. Both traditional and innovative, this outstanding pure malt whisky is a worthy tribute to the father of Japanese whisky, Masataka Taketsuru. (+654558)
Nikka From The Barrel

The Nikka Pure Malt series is an excellent demonstration of Nikka’s Master Blenders at combining the single malts from their Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries. With its subtle balance of fruit and refined peat notes, the Pure Malt Black offers a rare complexity, ideal for the connoisseur in search of a mellow, yet intriguing whisky. Its aromatic depth is the result of a selection of very different whiskies, combining the fruity elegance of the Miyagikyo malts, and the smokier notes typical of Yoichi’s strong character. (+192559)
Nikka Coffeey Grain Whisky
An essential component of Nikka's house blends, the Nikka Coffey Grain is an original, single grain whisky, distilled mainly from corn in a Coffey still. Nikka Coffeey Malt
The Coffey still is named after its Irish inventor, Aeneas Coffey. In 1830, he patented the column still, a continuous distillation process that would later be widely adopted by the Scotts to produce their blends. The Nikka Coffey Malt is the product of this continuous distillation method, which are normally used for grain whisky production. This rare 100% malt bottling offers a surprisingly rich texture with enticing notes of citrus, mocha and vanilla. (+829473)
ARMORIK FRENCH WHISKY
Armorik Maitre De Chai
Maître de Chai, French for the 'Cellar Master', is a unique 2008 release of Warenghem's Armorik Breton single malt. Aged for 6 to 7 years in Oloroso Sherry casks, it is an intense and powerful whisky, expressing notes of charred oak, ripe fruits, spices and a pleasant medicinal hint. The finish is long with notes of sherry and peat, which is more prominent here than any other single malts in the Armorik range. The Maître de Chai is un-chill filtered, bottled at 46% abv., and a rare numbered whisky with only 1,700 bottles produced.
Brittany, cousin to Ireland and Scotland, is a region that epitomises all the Celtic characteristics of a rugged land and bracing a maritime climate subject to sudden sharp storms. An ideal climate for whisky! With 83 years of distilling experience, Distillerie Warenghem began its adventure of whisky in 1987. The cornerstone of the range, the Armorik Classic, brings together the best of Distillerie Warenghem’s warehoused whiskies. A marriage of sherry and bourbon casks of different ages, the Classic highlights the quality of aging on the Brittany coast and the expertise of their master blender. It is an un-chill filtered single malt, intense and complex, exalting notes of exotic fruits and malt cereal, ample salty, roasted cereal flavours and delicious spicy, long briny finish. (+195099)
Armorik Double Maturation
The Armorik Double Maturation is an expression of the distillery’s expertise and adherence to the Breton “terroir”. The distillery uses unique oak casks coopered from the local forests of Brittany for the first maturation. After several years ageing, the whisky is transferred into oloroso sherry butts for its second maturation. Bottled at 46% alc./vol. and un-chill filtered, the Armorik Double Maturation opens with citrus, caramelised pear, and vanilla, finishing with bold spicy and smoky notes. (+547778)
Armorik Single Malt Sherry Cask
The Armorik Sherry Cask is a new release from the distillery, showcasing Armorik’s expertise in double maturation. Produced from local French barley, this single malt is aged for six years in bourbon barrels before finishing in Sherry Casks for a minimum of six months. Careful selection of their refilled barrels is essential to producing this refined and expressive malt. Golden yellow in the glass, the Sherry Cask expresses the subtle aromatics of sherry, vanilla and citrus on the nose. The palate is lively and intense, evoking flavours of apples, sherry fruit and pepper spice, before a long finish of caramel and marine brininess, influenced by the Celtic Sea. (+119569)

17 Year Old Highland Single Malt Whisky
Complex, with distinctive butterscotch, sherried fruit and peat smoke aromas. Big and full flavoured, with excellent balance, develops slowly, full of sherry sweet malty tones, and a touch peat smoke. The finish is long lasting and smooth, with a hint of spice and sherry sweetness.

Benrinnes 15 Year Old - 46%
Colour: burnished gold, beautifully glowing. On the nose: wonderfully fruity notes of tangerines and oranges. Perfumed, with a touch of cedar wood. Plenty of rich honey here, though perhaps more the lighter sort rather than heather honey. Vanilla. Custard cream biscuits. Marzipan. Palate: this is utterly wonderful. Gorgeous treacle sponge flavours. Strawberry jam. Creme brûlée, perhaps, but it’s rather nice and syrupy for the most part. Toffee. Maybe Rhubarb? Certainly baked with a little brown sugar sprinkled on. Christmas hams. Then come the autumnal spices, ginger, all-spice and nutmeg, make it very pleasant and warming in the mouth. In fact it’s very warming and lingering. Finish: Romantic, autumnal and sensual. 1/350 bottles.

Dewar's 18 Year Old
DEWAR’S 18 Blended Scotch Whisky is a blend of very rare vintage single malt and single grain Scotch whiskies, hence the nickname, “The Vintage.” Each bottle includes whiskies from the five single malt distilleries owned by John Dewar and Sons. The whiskies are then married in vintage oak casks. This special blend is creamy with notes of honey and marzipan.
Aberfeldy 16 Year Old
Aberfeldy, known as the "Golden Dram," draws its water from the Pitilie Burn. Pure and fresh, its waters are famed for containing deposits of alluvial gold. The dram is much admired for its honey notes, displaying a classic Central Highland style rarely tasted in single malts today.
A rich nose of complex fruit such as apples and apricots combines with notes of honey, grassy malt and vanilla cream. The palate delivers more complex fruit notes with a slightly nutty character reminicent of honey roasted nuts, with hints of malt, smoke cinnamon and vanilla playing supporting roles. Finishes long with big notes of fruit, woody char and vanilla ending with hints of malt, earth and apricots.

Aberfeldy 21 Year Old
Bright gold color. Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
An extraordinarily rich textured spirit with a huge depth of character. The smouldering heat of peat fires pulls you into a whirlpool of islay flavours and aromas but with such finesse that you welcome the storm.
Port Charlotte 10 Year Old
The smouldering heat of peat and dark fruit is finessed by floral top notes, a twist of citrus and mellow oak. Full term in first-fill bourbon, sherry, tempranillo and French wine casks. Bottled at 50% alc. vol. using Islay Spring water. Heavily peated Islay Single malt – 40ppm
This spirit was distilled in December 2005 using malt peated to a colossal 167ppm. Filled into Fresh Bourbon and Grenache Blanc casks, it spent the next decade slumbering in the ancient stone warehouse in the village of Port Charlotte.the unique texture of Octomore is lifted further by the smooth, sweet fruit of Grenache and engages perfectly with the phenolic depth.

Tullibardine The Murray
Tullibardine The Murray Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky is a 12 year old single malt whisky distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2016 at cask strength without any chill-filtration. Released as part of their Marquess Collection, named after William Murray, who was the Marquess of Tullibardine. Nose: Chocolate-dipped strawberries, freshly-baked pastry leading to buttery notes, herbal oak. Palate: Lots of barley and bakery notes. Orchard fruits with a little bit of orange blossom. Sanaig is a small rocky inlet located north of the distillery and is the name given to the latest addition to the Kilchoman range. Sanaig has a predominantly Oloroso sherry cask influence. Nose: Soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla. Palate: Toffee, peat smoke and citrus with lingering sweetness. Finish: A lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness. SKU: 238725 46% ABV.
Canadian Rockies 21 Year Old
From the alcohol and wood aroma filled warehouse, we carefully select the aged Canadian whisky. These hand-picked barrels bear a common theme – a whisky that represents Canada’s spirit and taste. While the purity of glacier water helps the distillation process, the ancient water also adds character to our whisky. Kavalan Concert Master
Using Portuguese ruby, tawny, and vintage Port wine casks as the main flavor, Kavalan Concertmaster single malt whisky is first matured in specially selected American Oak casks and then finished in port barriques. The Macallan Edition III
Drawn from a combination of European and American oak casks, the whisky presents a sweet and fruity character. It balances a heavier base derived from the Tevasa cooperage sherry casks with the citrus notes of the Hudosa cooperage sherry casks. Light vanilla flavors are derived from the ex-Bourbon casks and florals and fresh cut oak from the European and American oak refill casks.

Highland Park Full Volume
Full Volume whisky was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2017. Made with 100% ex-Bourbon casks, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected 481 casks with filling strengths of between 63.6% and 63.7%; filtering at the resultant single malt +4C. Bright, naturally pale, cask-driven colour, this single malt from Highland Park delivers a light peaty aroma punctuated with warm fruity notes of mango and pineapple. Sweet citrus treble of lemon peel perfectly offsets deeper bass notes of creamy vanilla while subtle mid tones of light wood smoke maintain an enticing harmony and long finish.
The Macallan Rare Cask
The most diverse and intricate Macallan whisky; a reinterpretation of the classic profile achieved through the widest palette of cask styles. Casks that have been individually hand selected for the character imparted to the Macallan spirit maturing within. Far less than 1% of the casks maturing at the distillery have been identified as fitting to bestow the Rare Cask name. The result is unadulterated product complexity.

The Glenlivet 21 Year Old
Meticulously crafted over its 21 years, this whisky is matured in mixture of hand-selected American Oak casks and European Oak butts before being vatted together prior to bottling. A dense and coating mouth feel – sometimes sugary and slightly minty – with a warming, comforting sweet chewiness of a richly fruited malt loaf. Occasional hints of orange zest and clove, before growing drier, again slightly minty, with hints of green apple.
